about
Upon seeing the young virgin girl in her white dress, Seraphine remembers the night of her own debutante ball, where Dracula killed her and turned her into a vampire. In a moment of clarity, Seraphine throws away the plan and kills the thing that stopped her from having the life she wanted, Dracula himself.
lyrics
Lyrics:
Seraphine:
I remember a gown, my white gown
My first night on the town
I was a debutante at her ball
When he appeared
I never debuted at all
Isn’t it odd, Seraphine, don’t lose your cool
It’s just a girl in a dress acting like a fool
They are young, they are stupid, dancing and drinking
Wait, why? What is going on? What am I thinking?
Youth, changing, so trusting and chaste
Just for a second, let me remember the taste
You killed me, you ruined me, my life was erased
For centuries I had forgotten the taste
Isn’t it odd, Seraphine, remember at last
Changing and growing are things of the past
I was young, I was craving… life was beginning
Wait, why? What is going?
My thoughts are spinning
My thoughts are spinning
Ahh
Dracula:
Seraphine I remember...
Seraphine:
Yeah, yeah, shut up, and die!
